I am wondering if anyone has any idea how to get that old New York registration
sticker off of the inside of the windshield...how do you even reach it??? I tried to
get the corner (after spraying the thing with alcohol) with a razor blade but it
will not come off, and I can only really reach the top left corner (as you're looking at it).
    Any suggestions???
    It's driving me nuts.
    Thanks.

Do you have a brand name & part number for that tool? I use a regular scraper, but the one you posted would work much better!

I use Goo Gone and a paper towel for the remaining adhesive. Followed up with Windex. Works perfectly.

i would just warn and be very careful with windex... unless you have ammonia free windex specifically... the typical windex bottle people have at home contains ammonia and that can be very very harsh on plastics such as dash boards and auto tint films. even goo gone, as great as it can be, is still considered flammable so I try and avoid using it near plastic dash boards if and when possible...

after years of performing NYSI and changing regi stickers for customers at the same time, nothing is safer or works as well and as quickly and as coast effective as a clean razor and some saliva. having a razor blade style scraper tool also a huge advantage for the tight space and long reach gained.

is it best to scrape those stickers off when the glass is cold freezing or warmed up or wait until spring/summer?

be careful licking the razor though, a cut on the tongue could be dangerous
i lick a pizza cutter very carefully, never cut my tongue on it, but one day probably will :(

warm temps can help, but with a clean razor and saliva it really wont matter... people think the saliva is gross and or funny, until they try it and see how easy it works.

lol, they say never lick the knife...
