Got 2 from Factory and bought 4 more. All MecGar Mags for my Canik TP9SF Elite.
Now with 6 mags in total im starting to feel comfortable haha.

    Whats your personal philosophy?
For me, my carry piece is also my home piece. I have 6 in total.
    1x Loaded , Condition 1, Defense Ammo
1x Holstered in Sidecar Holster, Defense Ammo
2x Magazine loaded on Standby, Stored in Nightstand Safe, Defense Ammo
2x Usually Empty for dry fire practice with Snap Caps or For the range.

For the Range I'll bring 4x Mags.

Bottom line, I want more mags haha.

    It's complicated.
6-8 per handgun, ~3 EDC. For my "pistols" 20+ each.

But I had a series of tragic boating accidents and lost them all.

Thanks for not calling them "clips."

    3. 1 in the gun, 1 to reload and 1 for back-up. I can reload a magazine quickly enough I don’t feel like I waste range time doing it.

Funny how Marines carry 6 mags of 5.56 in combat and civilians carry about the same haha.

A lot, but not because I think I'm going to use 200 handgun mags in a firefight. Glock 17 mags fit all sizes of 9mm double stack glocks. Maybe I'd need them for personal use one day, but more likely (still not especially likely) they will become rare and desirable. Same reason why I might keep a cache of liquor and tampons. Hopefully they never go up in value...
