2010 with 166k miles with regular maintenance, bought it with 26k miles in 2012. As wear parts aged I upgraded them to performance parts. I actually just traded it in for a 2021 Lexus IS350 with 17k miles, got a great trade in offer for the truck so I went with it.

I replied 3 years ago back on the 2nd page. Was at 214,000 then. Up to 245,000 now. It's a 3rd vehicle for us now and only sees about 10,000 per year. The 1st 9 years I averaged 20,000 per year.

At the time of my original post the alternator was the only part replaced other than normal stuff. Since then I did replace the headlight housings. Cost me about $550. I'd polished them a few times and they were just too far gone. It completely changed the looks of my old truck and was well worth it. It was time to replace shocks/struts and I lifted it 3" while doing that.

2012 Baja Series, resurrected from a salvage title and driven for five years now. Bought and repaired at 68K and have just over 90K now with no issues. Repaired in my driveway with common tools in a couple of days and for less than $500. No expenses other than tires, fuel, and oil changes since repair. Lots of trips into the outback of remote southern Utah.

'06 with 4.0l 225,000 miles. I'm expecting the head gasket going soon since this is the year that has the highest HG failure supposedly. Been sending oil samples to blackstone as a precaution every other oil change. So far not a single slight of evidence of HG failing.

Highest rate doesn’t mean they all fail. It’s not a Subaru thank goodness.

At the current rate I’m putting on the miles it will take over 40 years to to rack up another 170k.

The truck has had tires, one set of front brakes, wiper blades, 5 plug changes, gear/motor oil, two windshields, rear end u-joints, one 12-volt battery, and headlight bulbs.

What’s the story with the previous owner? How did they put so few miles on it?

Honestly don't know. I bought it from an independent dealership in Northern Michigan. It came from Ontario. My guess is that it may have been a senior's grocery getter and church goer. Thing is literally spotless (well, it was before idiot drivers started somehow targeting it on the road).

From Canada here. This was almost a steal for this area, but thinking real good value up here because of conversion

    2015 SR5 DCLB 76000 kms (47000 miles)
Typical frame surface rust no concerns
    New duratracs and typical wear/tear

Paid $27500 cdn or $20,500 usd

I bought my 2013 last July with 16k on it. It's just shy of 21k now.

Yeah I thought I was going to keep it forever so kept the mileage down to sustain the lifetime. But I’m about to start a family and it's looking like I’ll be transiting to the 4Runner. Hold onto yours as long as you can! 60K miles is nothin.
