2012 with 123k. Replaced front brakes, spark plugs (preventative), trans coolant line that rusted thru, front wheel bearings (chasing a vibe), rear leafs and shocks (wanted to upgrade to a 4-leaf pack as the single cabs never got the tsb), tires. Still chasing the vibe, thinking rear wheel bearing and possible transfer case. Also need another trans line replaced. Edit: Oh and she needs a muffler and a tpms battery and I replaced the afr sensor. Edit again: Oh and I replaced the ac clutch. Ac also leaks, only lasts a few days each recharge but I live in Maine so I just deal with it

    210k miles
2nd owner (picked it up at around 105k miles)
    replaced catalytic converter
    brake pads twice.
Just repainted roof, hood, and front bumper all needed some bodywork this past month. Went to Arizona State for school and my truck faded away in the heat for 4 years. All in all, this truck is incredible and my 2nd time owning a tacoma. First time I was totalled by an uber driver in an m3 through a stoplight in an all black 2nd gen black wheels. Hand me down from the pops and something I was very grateful for.

80k on my current 2nd gen and on my 3rd taco.
All these bad CA drivers keep running into me haha

Only issue I’ve had between the 3 tacos is the steering wheel clock spring caused the horn to stop working

2007 Tacoma bought new and has 78,000 miles. It was a daily driver early on for a while, and then wasn't, and now it is again so mileage will go up now.

2014 with 88k miles. Gearing up for the 90k service stuff. Bought all new rear/front diff and transfer case gaskets, air filter, spark plugs, etc. May be a little premature, lol i probably won't hit 90k for another 6 months.

2007 4.0L 4x4 automatic. 220k miles. I’m not gonna comment on routine maintenance lol.

water pump gasket just sprung a leak. Still original. Going to do new water pump, fan clutch, belt, and all pulleys. Most involved engine repair thus far.

original alternator and power steering pump both went around 180-190k.

other than that, just little things here and there… eg, park neutral switch, spiral cord, HVAC blower motor, valve cover gasket.

2012 4.0 TRD. 169,000 miles. Third owner. First owner was in Boston. Second owner commuted from Boston to NYC. Then moved to Austin, Texas in 2018. I bought the truck last March and brought it to Oklahoma. My nephew has been on a team with Toyota that investigates frame rust. This truck checks out with some surface rust. My new 2023 GMC Canyon Denali was built last week and waiting to be shipped. It will be the new garage Queen used for trips and towing. But the Tacoma will be my trusted daily driver and will probably outlast the Canyon. 9D9B3A58-8205-4B2A-B54C-343D851BBACC.jpg

I am the proud owner of this 2015 Limited. I've had it for roughly 7months. I bought it with 176k. Now, it has just shy of 188k. When I went to look at this truck, it was screaming that a old man drove it, inside and out is stupid clean for it having the amount of mileage it has. When I seen the frame, I was amazed. I'm making sure to pressure wash my undercarriage if they have put down salt to keep it pristine. These are the baddest little truck on the road. Mine shows no signs of age when I drive it. I always forget that it has the mileage it does.

Bought new in 2012 with almost 190k.
Iv had to replace the thermostat and serpentine belt so far. Average 16mpg since new and rides like a log wagon.

None. 220k miles, just did a major brake/ suspension overhaul to keep him on the road.
2009 with 228,000 mi. I got it for 1/2 of what it was worth (215K) through a family deal. I tried offering more and they refused, signed the title before I had the check. In a year I’ve gone through it mechanically as everything seemed stock. Brakes, front/ rear suspension, all new fluids, header leaked. next is the Other front wheel bearing, alternator, belt, pulleys and tensioner. :)

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
2014 - first owner. I'll hit 210k tomorrow on my drive home from work. This weekend she'll get an oil change and new spark plugs. When it warms up, I'll give her some new diff and transfer case fluids. Just routine maintenance so far.

2015 DCSB Only 59,000 miles. All fluids changed out at 3000 miles to Amsoil 75W90. Did drain and fill of 3 quarts ATF every year. New plugs at 30K and around 58K. Air filters every 20K , cabin filters every spring. Oil changes ever 5000 miles or 1 year with pennzoil platinum synthetic 5w30
Needed new front brakes and one caliper (seized due to leaking piston seals which I an convinced the dealer caused during inspection). Running high carbon rotors and Akebono ceramic pads. Great combo. Smooth, quiet and no brake dust.
Going to replace factory halogen fogs with the 3rd gen LED versions. One of existing fogs is taking on water and a completed set of LED ones is less than the cost of one OEM halogen
Lube u-joints once a year. Krown oil spray yearly. Did secondary air injection unifilter mod. Replaced transfer case actuator hose with silicone. Relocated rear diff breather to tail light area. Stainless magnetic drain plugs everywhere. Have underhood installed NOCO 5 Amp battery maintainer and Odyssey extreme 34R battery.
Currently wearing replica Toyota aluminum rims with 245/70R17 snow tires.

Retired now and only put on 3000 miles last year. Will probably be last vehicle I will ever need to buy. For some strange reason none of my kids want to inherit what may be a 30+ year old tacoma :)

143k. Picked up and have spent most of my time fixing the former owners upkeep neglect, but even with that my mechanic said it’s one of the cleanest examples he’s had to come into his shop.
