How much are you paying for your 2018 Tacoma?

Prior to this dealer i visited 3 other dealers which all told me that they could deal at invoice. When i got there, they switch the script and tried to either sell me a 2017 currently in stock or could not go lower than MSRP. The other 4 dealers in a 50mile radius would not entertain lower than $500 above MSRP. The only reason i got -$2000 off MSRP was that it was Black Friday and i had purchased a Corolla from that location for the wife a year and half ago. Not sure if it is just this area. Gangsters...
Would like to know if someone can get luckier in this area.

 

So when you mounted the tss sensor how did you do that I see on the 2017 pro grill there is a spot for it but does it snap in or do you have to drill holes and attach with screws ? Regarding the plexi glass where did you get it and how did you cut it to size ? Does your tss seem to be working properly ?

 

If anyone is in Florida, I recommend calling Martin at Toyota of Central Florida. It's a Penske dealership.
I did not buy a 2018 but I did buy a 2017 TRD Sport 4x4 about 3 weeks ago. I must have called or emailed every dealership in Florida. I got the runaround and from many of them and the ones who did deal with me didn't have great prices. For some reason I had not seen this dealer listed on the Toyota website. I found them through a random Google search. I emailed them and Martin called me back right away. The truck I wanted had an MSRP of $37,600. I asked him to give me the best price possible and that I would go get it the same day. In less than 10 minutes he came back with a price of $32,200 which was by far the best price I had received from anyone. I asked him that if he could leave it at $31,700 I would be on my way to pick it up. In about 15 minutes he came back with a price of $31,800.
I applied on line for the credit and when I arrived at the dealership he had everything ready for me. I was there less than an hour before I was on my way home in my new Tacoma.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle in my life. Unfortunately this dealership is to far from me to go service my truck, because everyone was on the ball here.

The reason I ask is because I am looking for essentially the same TRD Sport 4x4 truck (JBL Audio, premium and tech package, moon roof, etc.) however there aren't any in my region (Northwest US). The closest thing I can get to the SPORT with these options is the Limited. Are you aware of any other differences between the 2 besides the extra chrome, full leather interior, 18 in wheels, hood scoop, suspension? I also noticed under the premium package, it says leather heated FRONT seats. Are the rear seats fabric in the sport with this package?

Local dealer in the Portland area is ordering me a 2018 TRD OR DCSB 6MT (7545) at $500 below invoice. Stopped by today and put my deposit down. should be around 35.5+TTL with tech, premium and all weather mats/door sills.

 

How long are they quoting for delivery?

 

They said 8 weeks, I'll know more tomorrow when the order gets submitted.

 

Yeah, I'm being told 4 months for the same in Seattle. At least now they're able to order PremTech.

Nothing yet, because I haven't ordered. Trying to decide whether to go with a 7545 Cement with just tech that I have a deposit on for January delivery OR order and wait 4 months to get the Prem additions.The only two things I can't get after market are moonroof and back seat AC. Complicated by the fact that my daily driver got totaled last month, so I kind of need a car. Decisions, decisions...

 

I don't think any of the models come with rear vent AC.

The premium package comes with black leather with graphite trim around radio or black leather with orange trim around radio.....if they ordered a graphite (cloth) with gunmetal trim, then you do not have the premium package.

 

I leased mine. $2k paid at signing- And 36 months @ $380 per, 12k miles included a year.
