So, I am 27. I have recently reconected (thanks facebook) with a women that was in my life several years ago. I have seen her here and there every couple years, but recently we have just started talking a lot on the phone. We have a great connection, laugh and look forward to hearing from one another. She lives pretty far from me, but we agreed to meet up in seattle for a couple days and just have fun (seahawks game, etc..). She is a few/many years older then me.. I am ready to settle down (career going, no partying, condo, etc). She has one kid, which doesn't bother me, because the kid is great and this is an amazing woman. The question is, how "old" is to old for someone that is 27 to date and think future with. Keep in mind she wants to have another kid or two if the right man was in her life.
The best story is how I know her from several years ago :D

Yea, I think it is about the fit of to people and their connection. I think age isnt that relevant if you can get along as great friends. She is pushing 40, but I haven't felt a good connection with a girl like I do her

well, growing up, it was "cool" to have the older chick, now that I'm not as young, I have younger women now :). So if your getting to that point in life where your gonna settle...IMO I would go younger, so they can take care of your ass when you have a heart attack after launching that taco 20 feet in the air over sand dunes :D

I'll be 28 soon and my bf is 41...we get along great, the age difference has not been an issue. We share the same interests and hobbies. Our friend circle is also very mixed in the age ranges, so that helps.

Check out this thread I made awhile back...

Listen to the ladies OP. IMO it doesn't matter as long as you share common interests and get along. If there is a strong attraction between the two of you why worry over the age difference. More often than not it's the personality of another that makes the connection.

I believe age doesn't matter. You aren't really able to choose who you fall for, it just happens. If it feels right do it. It's that simple.
