A few weeks ago i went hunting, this area is in the middle of nowhere, it has a few trails which are very narrow and slippery, i found a guy that almost rolled his truck down the edge, that wasnt the worst part, it was in the middle of the day, almost 100 deegres, with not water, not food and no recovery gear at all!

Good thread. Even on just a half day run, I always bring a gym bag with extra clothes, a jacket/sweatshirt, gloves, water bottles and a box of protein bars just in case. I'm always surprised that even on group runs, there's always one or two people that don't bring anything. It's like they just hop in their truck to go wheeling for the day lol. I mean, I guess if you're with a group it's not so bad but I still always like to be prepared.
