Wheelers has a nice OME setup that will give you around 2.5" of lift and good performance on and off road. New shocks, springs front and rear and all the little stuff you might need for $1095. You will be able o run 265/75/16. I jst installed this over the summer and really like it for my DD and the occasional trail run.

Thanks. I really don't want to drop a $1k on a lift. I spent tons of money on my Jeep and just want to keep this one simpler. What about this lift? I was thinking of getting a ARB winch bumper and keeping the winch off my Jeep. Do you need anything else to make this work. I assume if you go th full 3 1/2" you need other components like UCA's, brake lines etc.

That's a good lift, but for a 4 runner. Toytec has a similar one for the Tacoma and Wheelers Off Road offers similar ones as well, Wheelers kits usually include the brake lines, U-bolts and exhaust drop brackets. Call Toytec and Wheelers and compare them, see what they reccomend, both are good, knowledgeable companies.
