Had some time this weekend to work on mah shit. Replaced the air box and adjusted the chain on my motorcycle. Then got really dirty grinding/brushing rust off my sliders and re-coating.

    Looks much better :D

I used the OTTRAW switch for my bar. Jer figured out all the wiring but I installed it. I still have the wiring diagram if youre curious

I may be. I'm leaning towards the same switches. Just gonna put my duallys in the bumper into the factory fog light circuit, but use two switches for my 20in bar and the duallys on the ditch light brackets. I've done a little wiring before but nothing I would call "right" or "reliable" lol And don't wanna half ass anything on this truck

Fair enough :) I am having some issues with my light bar. I wired it to be on/off/on with highbeams... and the on is not working right now. I am 99% sure it is because i cut the wires too short and the connector for the on pulled off of the switch when i was moving some stuff. Its on my list of things to attend to soon....

stopped by the local mod day this weekend and finally got around to doing some stuff!

Re-did my CB antenna mount with a stainless mount. the mount is nice and solid and makes a great ground. I was having problems with my CB broadcasting but I was able to test it and it is now crystal clear :D.

And mounted up my hi-lift. Going to fab some brackets eventually. But I was tired of it sliding around in my bed. Will put an axe here when I finally get my hi lift brackes made :D

Also looked at my light bar wiring. Turns out one of the wires I cut just a little too short had indeed pulled out of the connection. Still need to fix it but at least I know what is wrong and it's an easy fix :D

My water pump should be in today so after-work truck repair fun will soon be commencing....

Did the water pump/coolant flush/t stat last weekend. At about 105k. was not too hard, just took time and patience. (neither of which I have a lot of) Took about 5 hours total, with beer breaks. I think the worst part was finding and getting to the driver side coolant engine block drain... Found a great write up on here that helped a lot.

    new t stat in
    [IMG]

printed this off and stuck under the hood. in case I ever need to do a field repair on the belt and get confused...

Just ordered one of beerads hood lighting kits :D Time for some fun stuff on the truck again!

nice! where was the write up? I'm quickly catching up to you in miles. I've been driving the taco a lot going camping and hauling the new four wheeler around almost to 95K. she doesn't even feel a little old though! it's great.

Coolant Flush here. Later page shows the driver side drain location

I drove my truck a few hundred miles this weekend. Fucking duratracs are still sucking. I still have two they can't balance after defecting 3 under the warranty. It is making me crazy :( Waiting on more tires to be in stock....

I'm surprised you've had so many issues with duratracs. I see a bunch of people running them here and when I went to Manitou and Pagosa Springs Co, everyone had them.

Finally got another new set of duratracs... they are almost good. Going to road force them and see if I can't get them to 100% though.... Needless to say, my standards are so low at this point that I am actually almost happy with them...
