How do you guys take care of your cluster screens? I know they’re very prone to being scratched and damaged therefore i don’t want to risk cleaning it myself without getting suggestions first.

    thank you!!

Microfibre cloth and a bit of glass cleaner. Just dont press hard. You can apply wax or nano topcoat and it will look great.

Here is mine after 2 years.

There is a company that makes screen protectors for the cluster thing and apparently it works very well. It prevents scratching and hazing.

I can't send the link for some reason but the company is called "screen pro tech"

I use water, but to each their own.

There are those that say microfiber is too tough on the cluster.
I'm OCD AF, but the day that I find distilled water on a good microfiber is beating up my shit, I'm gonna have to take a step back
and re-evaluate myself, or my shit, 'cause there's a problem with one of the two.

Its a bit shocking for me to see people actually replacing thess. The plexi glass is so easy to clean and protect...

You can't clean anything but loose debris off the cluster, or anything else for that matter with compressed air.

As infrequent as possible. Then, only after gently wiping with a Swiffer Duster. And finally a microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol.

Even then, it will get fine scratches over time.

    You gotta walk the line.

Don't try hard enough and your truck slowly goes to shit. Put that new plexi in there, throw a screen protector on top of it and ceramic coat that, and the next day you'll get t-boned by a little old lady on her way home from bingo..

I agree mine is scratch-free as well.
Important to keep in mind that not all microfibre towels are created equal. Start with a good quality super soft one. That's the secret to scratch-free cleaning.
