Haha yep. It's a pretty tight squeeze fitting my truck in the garage. I have about 2" clearance from my toolbox to the front bumper in the front and about 3" from the back bumper to the garage door when its closed. I have to remove my hitch ball mount from the receiver otherwise the garage door wont close...I made that mistake once..the ball mount won that battle.

Thanks for the great write-up! Did this last weekend and it turned out awesome. Used duplicolor adhesion enhancer, paint, and clearcoat. Everyone can't believe i didn't take it to a body shop.

Great write up with some very good information. I disagree with Bullydog adhesion promoter being classified as any type of primer though...lol. I do like the product itself. I use it when I re-do headlight and tail light housings.

I scratched the mess out of my mirrors . So this would help when I replace it with some led turn signals

Holy thread revival Batman! I too am looking with interest... was thinking to add LED turn signals, how difficult would it be to add them (yes, I know there is another thread about wiring) if I replaced the covers - will the lights just drop in to the mirror assembly?
