    I recently got my truck
back on the road after a long hiatus and am pleasantly surprised it is still running well.
    It sat for around
    8 months and Im
wondering if theres anything I should do besides the basics to keep the truck running
    well and increase the mpg.
    Thnks in advance.

You could install a Piggy Back AEM FIC and lean out your fuel a little. But it’s complicated and would cost you $600-$1000 to do it yourself. Would take a lot of miles to make up the cost. I’m not even sure of the improvement. The FIC is usually used to add fuel for performance modification such as a supercharger, But in theory it could work. You would have to be careful not to lean out too much For risk of blowing your engine.

A cold air intake is said to improve fuel mileage also
