    4x4 Beast!
6" Fabtech Stage II, 17x9" Centerline Eclipse rims, with 12.5x35x17" BFG KM2's. On board air system,Toyota skid plate, spidertrax wheel spacers, TRD CAI w/AFE ProDry filter (21-90045),Flowmaster Dual exhaust, GrillCraft grill w/custom emblem, Custom Shifter, BushWacker fender flares, Hood struts, Underhood lights, TW driveshaft, Wet Okole seat covers, Dashlight mod, Many other little things to make the truck complete!
    First you will need::
A floor jack.(To lift your truck)
2 jack stands (To support your truck)
Your stock bottle jack (To support the lower "A" arm)
Wheel block (To ensure that your truck doesn't roll)
3/8" socket set in metric and standard.
    Metric sockets:
19mm (For the main UCA bolt, you will need a 19mm open end or box wrench also)
10mm ( For the brackets, and the battery terminal)
17mm ( For the sway bar)
    Standard sockets"
13/16"(For the bolt that mounts the spindle)
7/8" (For the new nut that mounts the spindle)
Channel lock pliers (To bend the inner fender)
Small pair of pliers. (To bend the bracket that holds the ABS hose)
A sizable Hammer (to punch out the tapered stock UCA spindle joint)
A Torque wrench (To torque all your bolts)
Some all purpose grease and or a grease gun.

First of all you need to install the Grease nipples. These are self tapping and fairly easy to install. Just take care to keep them straight. Install all your bushings and fill them with grease prior to installing the steel insert. This will save you time rather then pump it with grease later.

Next you will need to remove the push pegs that hold up the fender skirts to expose the UCA's main bolt.

Then remove the 10mm bolt that holds the ABS hose. This removal is optional, but it make it easier if the bracket is out of the way.

Pry open the clamps and free the hose. You will not be using these clamps again.

Next remove the nut for the sway bar and get it out of the way.
Remove the wire retaining clip and loosen the nut, that is located just above the sway bar, it is the nut from the UCA to the spindle upper mount. (You will need to use a hammer to pop the compression fitting out) That is the reason you need to remove the sway bar.

You will need to bend the front portion of the inner fender, inorder to remove the 19mm main bolt of the UCA. (I used a Channel lock plier.) It is the clean section in the photo.

Here is the stock UCA removed. Remember to use your stock bottle jack or a jack stand to support the Lower "A" arm.

To install the Camburg you just reverse the process: Remember to apply grease to the replacement washers.

Take care to install the inserts into the ball joint before you attempt to install it. Use a zip tie to secure the ABS hose.

Bend your inner fenders back to it original position, reinstall your sway bar, fender skirts, and wheels. and you are done.

Here's something that no one tells you.
For the drivers side you will need to remove a few extra parts. Your battery and the wire harness bracket.( Battery terminals, and the bracket are 10mm)
The drivers side was the hardest. At least in my case. But if you take your time it is a job that should take you about 2 1/2 hours.
I installed my UCA's "Solo" So if you have an extra set of hands it might be faster.

They don't give any torque settings so I torqued everything to 85 ft lbs.

Nice Write-up. Did my UCA install last weekend w/ the help of JDKeller. It was his 3rd install so I just mirrored what he did on one side.
