    I got a 2001 tacoma limited 4dr v6 3.4l 5spd auto with ect (NO e-locker) what is the size of my diff? i believe its a 8.4 with 30 spline axles can someone tell me if im right??? THANKS

    You are correct - it's the version of the 8" differential usually referred to as the '8.4' unit.
