I'll try to find the alignment sheet.

I emailed Westcott Design. They said their TRD Pro lift does not affect geometry and does not need an aftermarket UCA. It will fully align to manufacturers specification for caster, camber and toe. Also, they said you can choose to not install the top plate and only install the spring pre-load insert. It’ll give you 1” of lift.

It will absolutely effect geometry, it's a lift. It may not negatively impact geometry because there is enough adjustability in stock components to compensate (i.e. aftermarket adjustable UCAs not required). But to say there are zero effects is untrue.

Glad they responded to you, I got nothing when I reached out. And that is exactly what I wanted to know...what is the amount of lift with only the perch.

Dealer installed the Wescott kit and Wildapeaks 285s... Love the look. Just noticed though that the mudflaps are gone. Live in the PNW and these are pretty helpful...

Anyone else see rubbing on the flaps? it's either that, or they forgot to put them back on.

    Looks really good.

Did anyone else have to replace the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing? I made it about 400 miles on post lift and started getting the vibration. ECGS bushing is going in next week. My truck has a little over 22,000 miles on it now.

Getting the Westcott front kit and AAL in next week. Can you tell me more about this needle bearing and ECGS bushing needing to be replaced? Is this causing vibrations at high speed? Thank you.

Search the forum for ECGS. There's a lot of info on here about it. I'd recommend just go ahead and doing it while the lift is getting installed. I though I'd be ok with just a "mild" lift. But alas, I was wrong.

Noticed a weird vibration about a week or less after my Westcott. Replaced my needle bearing with a ecgs bushing and the vibration is gone. It's now about a Month later and I'm bumping up to 5.29's. There goes all the money I just spent on the bushing. Anyhow, I have the tool if anyone wants to buy it. PM me.

What do you mean? The bushing in the front diff has nothing to do with the gears in the rear diff.

I do not have the skills to install new gears into my truck by removing the old and installing new. What I do have the skills for is removing my front diff and rear diff than installing units from East Coast Gear Supply that have new 5.29 gears installed into them. So I take out my Rear diff, install the one they send me, send back my stock unit as a core. Than same thing with the front. That’s where I’m bummed because the Front Core that I will be sending back to them has a fairly new ECGS bushing installed in it. In fact, I just paid for another one to be mounted in my new 5.29 clamshell that they are sending me. Hope this makes sense.

Interesting... I just got a 2021 Pro with the wescott kit and 285/75/16 Wildpeaks... came with flaps off. Asked dealer to put them back on and they said it would rub.

Just ordered some Tufskinz to try...

but your saying yours doesn't rub at all?

Call or email Westcott. They’ve got lots of experience lifting TRD Pros.
