The 3, or 5 zerk fittings for the u-joints is a good start.
Or none, If you don’t have them.

You can change the diff fluid if you suspect water intrusion?

I tend to “jiggle” the little vent on the breather every now and then.
I had mine stick and blow out an axle seal.
If you do water crossing a lot, move the diff breather up higher.

How deep was the water you went through? Did your interior floor get flooded?

I wouldn’t think you’d need to change that unless you got water above the transfer case.
If you managed to do that, pics or a video of this water crossing would have been great to watch.
I don’t ever intend to take my truck that far down in any water.

You can check the rear diff and transfer case by removing the fill plug and sticking your finger in there. See what the fluid looks like on your finger. If it's milky, it has water in it.
Note: Do NOT torque the piss out of those plugs when you're putting them back in. And use some Teflon tape on them.

why use teflon tape on a plug that probably requires a new sealing crush washer and a torque spec listed in the manual

did not try to wiggle my breather, but I think it is a one-way after blowing into it to test, so I bought a 2-way from the dealer and routed 6ft of 1/4 fuel line up to behind the tail light to relocate the breather up higher
