How to remove the plastic part in Tacoma

I have a regular cab stick Tacoma, i tried to remove the plastic part that have cup holder and the stick shift , i can remove the bolt under the cup holder part but on the left close to gas pedal , it bolt to the upper part

How do i remove it , please help
