Im talking with a guy about buying some BFG's that hes had in his garage for not too long. But I want to make sure theres no holes in them, is there an easy to find out without taking them to a tire shop and having them mount them, and seeing if they hold air?

there is really not a way to check other than doing a real thorough inspection of the inside of the tires for holes and make sure the beads are not dry rotted.

That works if they are mounted, but he wants to check without having to have them mounted.
