Some body shops can do it for you locally if you want, but it'll probably be relatively expensive. I would recommend you do it yourself. It's not to hard.

If you want to ship it I can, but I just need to find the time. Maybe when this semester ends.

Sara you can take your lights out, clean them up, and take them to a paint/body shop so they can mix some black with clear and shoot it.

There are plenty of places here in Visalia that do it so I'm willing to guess that Fresno has a ton more.

Yeah that would probably be cheaper then shipping them back and forth plus the material cost to do the work and labor.

I know what you mean haha. Ordered a new upper for an AR15 build and kept checking my account to see if they had taken my money yet, that would mean they shipped it already.

Excited...with butterflies coming out of my wallet..

Did this mod and they came out almost perfect. But i am nervous that they may be a bit darker then i want, don't need a reason to get pulled over. Would like to start over and go with 1 coat of tint. Whats the best way to strip? Paint thinner then sand or just start sanding?

I had to use gasoline, make sure to get all of the gasoline off afterwards though

Doesn't gas eat plastic (then again i think most paint strippers do also)? Just use small amounts on a rag?

Correct try a rag and dome gas (I found gas worked better than paint thinner). I also sanded aswell till it was clear. It wl look bad until you paint again

I'm pretty sure if you put the vht tint paint on your tail lights or headlights it will restrict you from getting the go on your inspection sticker next time it needs to get renewed.
