I did not think of that yes absolutely backprobe & check voltage on the ground Pin 4 (White/Black) of the Transfer Case Actuator (should be less than 100mv at all times). I edited my post to reflect this

Also remember once the 4wd ECU detects a fault it locks out any further movement of the actuators until the fault clears or the key is cycled.

    @Dm93 and @SR-71A looks like I have 12v running through pin4 (GND).

Hard to tell in the picture but it looks like your in pin 3, you need to be backprobing with the connector plugged in to get actual readings otherwise your just seeing the reference voltage from the 4wd ECU.

Gotcha! Will plug it back in. Is orientation of the pins 6-5-4-3-2-1 with the clip release button on the top? Or, the other way around?

Thanks again for all your help!

When it is plugged into the actuator yes, when it's unplugged and facing you its 123456
If in doubt use the wire colors as a reference (Pin 4 is White/Black).

Thanks again!!! I missed the first time you mentioned the ground was white/black. That was my bad. I did probe the wrong pin.

The ground is at 3.4ohms/1.5mv so it has a lot of resistance.

Resistance test would have to be done with it unplugged, 150mV isn't too bad if that is key on.
What are you getting on TL1 Pin 5 (Blue/Yellow) with the key on ?

Confirmed, the key was on during the pin 3 test. For pin 5, I have an open line. Key was also on during this test.

Open line as in 12v or 0v?

If I open the actuator to spread the grease around, can I apply some marine grease also? Or should i use a dielectric grease?

So you have 0V on TL1 at the actuator and you still have 12V on TL1 at the 4wd ECU?

I'm not sure what would be the best grease for the actuator contacts, @6 gearT444E your thoughts?

    Disregard, I reprobed TL1 actuator and it’s 12v also.

So looks like there's a problem with the TL1 contact in the actuator, I wonder if it maybe got bent when you had the actuator apart?

I did bent them up. Did I bent it too much? Could I also have possibly incorrectly align the actuator?28A2749F-886F-4CF8-85AF-1D79B3F27988.jpgC541BEF5-136B-4D8F-A9E1-5530BE45518A.jpg

They look fine to me, did you ohm out the traces on the cover to the pins on the plug end to make sure the trace isn't broken in the cover?
Otherwise your timing is off or something is goin on with the contacts.

I'm going to bed, I'll check back in the morning.
