This is about my buddy, not me.

His neighbors have been living across the street from him for 10 years or so. Recently a 20 year old or so girl moved in with them, and she used to park her car in the driveway. Now since she washed it, and pollen is going all over the place, she parks it on the street blocking his driveway. He politely advised her when he blows the driveway off that the shit is going to hit her car. So she didn't care, then she got all pissed when he did it. Now she moved his car right up agaisnt his driveway. So this morning we towed her car, now she says she's going to sue us....

So, what would you have done?

She's young and dumb bro. She was warned and she didn listen. She wonnt have a case in court to pay for fines of towing when she was blocking your driveway.

About the towing, we didn't use a company, we did it ourselves...

I'm really interested as to how you "towed" her car and where to. Do you own a tow truck?

well.. If I were a lawyer I could probably help you more, but she may have a case if it went to court. Unless maybe the guy who helped you has a legit business, then you could just tell that you called him to tow it out from in front of your driveway.. I don't see a problem with that.

You guys are in the wrong, if she wanted to take you to court she would most likely win, before all of that it seems you guys were in the right but not anymore lol

Well again, it's not my driveway, i just wanted to see it. I mean, how was he supposed to exit his driveway, she had him totally blocked in...He warned her, she was spiteful.

What would be her cause, we did no damage, we simply relocated her vehicle.
