hows my routine

    hows my routine? I do it at home every other day.

    Start with abs:
    -1 minute of plank to 1 minute of side plank to 1 minute plank to 1 minute other side plank to 1 minute plank, do two sets for a total of 10 minutes plank/side.
    -50 situps
    -200 crunches
    -2 minutes legs stretched 6 inches from ground

    Arms + chest:
    -wide pushups to failure
    -decline pushups to failure
    -military pushups to failure
    - hammer curls 12 reps
    - concentration curls 12 reps or to failure
    - chin ups to failure
    - hammer curls 12 reps
    - dumbbell press 12 reps
    - incline dumbbell press 12 reps

    any recommendations for chest isolation. I am just not feeling it in my chest.....

    hella squats
    hella calf raises

    either 20 mins of low intensity stationary bike or 20 minutes hiit jumprope- 1 minute on 30 secs off
    run sometimes

    post workout protein
    if doing cardio post p90x drink
    eat lots of whole wheat
    2 eggs + whole wheat bread for breakfast
    whole wheat pasta + spinach for lunch
    Try to eat healthy with the fam for dinner
    fruits mixed in throughout the day
    any advice?
