I noticed all the 2001-2004 Double Cab V-6's for sale used have the TRD Off road suspension package.

Just wondering how the highway ride is with that truck ... bumpy and stiff or fairly nice for a truck?

I went from a 91 accord to an 03 dbl cab TRD off road, and the taco ride is actually better. The accord rode like a tank, so I was impressed with the truck...then again, the suspension on my accord was 17 years old.

In sum, not bad for a truck, but it's no a cadi.

    I appreciate the feedback.

When I see the prices of the used double cabs, I'd be better off going with a Gen 2 Tacoma, especially since I'm 6ft 3in. tall.

Its not the best you can tell that it has a stiffer since it has the TRD offroad suspension and since it is a smaller truck it doesn't ride like a full size but don't get me wrong i love my truck and it drives and rides great on the road but u can tell where it is made to shine where the pavement ends!
