    Ordered from 12 Volt Solutions cause the black friday deal was too good to be true
    Ordered the remote start and smart phone module
    Except my box wasnt packed with the smart phone module

    I ordered a remote start from them almost 2 years ago they billed my credit card and never send it. Had to do a chargeback through the credit card company because they never responded to my emails or phone calls...Good luck with those idiots.

    Naw I send you several hundred upfront you could at least make sure a part is in the box
    And act like its important on the phone
    Same difference in going to the dealer only to discover they didn't perform the maintenance they claimed.

    This is a super serial first world problem when a component to a luxury purchase item is missing and it’s like being in hell. I’d hate to be around when a real problem comes up.
