Before flashing it would be good to flash back to stock on the handheld or it will be locked forever.

10-4. I think I actually have to flash my tune again, then back to stock. I remember I tried selecting the stock tune on it at one point and it said it was already on. Probably because you tuned the truck with something other than the handheld, so it doesn’t know it has already been flashed.
Sad to go, but I still can’t get the logger working on my laptop so I dunno what to do :notsure:

Yea I really don't know why it isn't on your computer. Had a guy with a tundra an ancient laptop run logs last night no problem.

Yeah. I figure the hp is the way to go as I will be able to disable certain features on my truck that may be a hassle in the future possibly. Especially with how it is out here. My work truck for explain is PMF’d when it comes to the check engine light being on. It makes getting the truck smogged a pain in the ass. Then you see old corolla and civics driving down the road rolling coal and nothing happens to them.

I have an ancient laptop, but it takes like 5 minutes to boot up and get “running”. Then the battery is on 35%.

I was going to try reformatting my current laptop on a fresh install of windows 10 to try it one more time. As the truck having the most issues is my dad’s. I’m not convinced it’s the tune but something is off and being able to log it I would hope find out what is going on with it.

Mat @OVTune did you mean to flash back to stock tune using your ovtune handheld before loading hptuner or were you referring to the bullydog being used to turn off seatbelt chime? Thanks in advance Don’t want to brick mine.

If you have our handheld and are tuned with it, you have to flash the "original file" before using HPTuners or the handheld will be locked and useless

I just put those on my commuter SRX. Absolutely fantastic tire! And yes, I'm a Toyo fanboy.
