Probably a good idea to gas up the vehicles and charge up any backup power banks for cell phones...hoping we maintain service.

Headed up to Charlotte from Columbia for a bachelor weekend (Was supposed to be in Mt. Pleasant lol). Should be an interesting time. I'm taking all my prep stuff with me just in case.

Following along. I'm only on the outskirts up in DC so all we'll likely get is more rain. Stay safe everyone.

I’m on Johns Island (Charleston, SC) and keeping a close eye as it keeps flirting with us. We’re prepared to either stay or go as necessary. If we have to go a little inland @OCD 08 has opens his doors to us but if we totally go it’ll be at 2am-ish to avoid as much of the crowd as possible.

    Some stupid expensive stuff
I’m in Goldsboro NC. We’re anticipating some major flooding. The area my house is in apparently became an island during Matthew for the better part of a week.

Wife and I are prepared, food, water, and gas all stocked up. Battery packs charged, radios checked (ham), and we have some of those nifty goTenna’s.

Moving things that can become projectiles out of the yard today, and working on base the next two nights to get our jets out.

Gonna ride this thing out, if I don’t lose service I’ll keep y’all updated.

Yeah especially on the coast. Probably will be more if it camps out.
