    It's suppose to be but as of Monday there was still 3ft of water in the plant, according to one of my buddies that work down there.

    There is still some places that are wet but for the most part the water is down. You can travel the area safely and services are starting back up.

    Yeah-I thought he was talking about Laplace. Last I knew you can't get much past Jesuit Bend without getting up on the levees?

    Yeah it's a pain in the but to get down here from what I've heard. I'll find out tomorrow when I get off duty. I've ridden from belle chasse to Venice twice in the past two days and each time I saw new tankers, tug boats and barges on the levees. Kind of crazy down here right now.
