There was a Canadian guy with them along time ago as well. Cant recall his name anymore but he used to very big in the Canadian off-road Toyota scene.

Built my wheels on the shop floor and dumped in 8oz of Dyna Beads, mounted them to the truck and just started driving. Thats all there was to it. Because I changed tire sizes I had it re-alligned after but that really was it.

I've had these wheels for a long time. Get a couple spare nuts and do get a spare white o ring. If you ever dismount and mount the tires again it's easy to pinch it when bolting them back together. Don't stretch the o ring to seat it. I never have and it helps hold it in place. When bolting them together, there are alignment tabs on the back of the wheel, don't rely on them to center the wheel. Instead, take a 2x4 and tap the face of the wheel in whatever direction you need it to fo. Those alignment tabs will shred a little each time you assemble the wheels (afterall its just aluminum and soft) and you won't center them. That will cause vibrations. I've also never had to balance the wheels and I've run everything from 35s to 42s on them. If you assemble the wheels so that they're centered then you should be good. Other than that, they're great wheels. They're heavy but the best beadlock.

Yep, those. Try to keep it that way :) I had mine apart a lot since I tried a bunch of tires out. I noticed that they'd wear down a bit over time. I have a new set of wheels now though. I sold my original ones then decided I wanted the same ones again.

Good question, they list all of the components with their individual part numbers so it may be possible. One faceplate was slightly damaged in transit to me and upon complaint they shipped me a new faceplate and didn't have any interest in having the damaged one returned.

I'm sure they do. I didn't sell them because they were worn out. It was just something I noticed that would eventually become an issue. The wheels were still perfectly fine. I sold them since I changed directions with my truck. Was actually going to sell it but then dumped 60k into instead.

What were you using to take the wheels apart? The Hutchinson website mentions a "tyre plier" from Australia.

That's what I have and it makes it simple. I bought mine here but there may be less expensive options.

Flat pry bar with the edges filed down to not damage the wheel. That and some tire lube. Didn't take much effort.

@bullaculla - Any chance you remember the part# for which "system" you ordered? Was it 73634TBC (Toyota Black Chrome w/attached washer)?

I'm going to run a set of these on my Cruiser and gave my factory Tacoma lugs away too.

For those of you running these wheels, have you had issues with the exposed bolts?

I wheel in rocks quite often and am concerned about sheering them off.

No problems, they don’t extend past the face.

Are you running spacers to make them not rub?

I was getting wobbles, but since making hubcentric rings, truck is very smooth. Had it over 80mph on 37s and was fine.

Might be selling a set of five in black with S/T Maxx in 315/70/17, dyna beads, and under 20,000 miles.
