HVAC control lights not working

I'm having trouble diagnosing the HVAC control lights on my 09 doublecab. When I turn my lights on everything else comes on except these lights. I've taken apart the control module to see if there was any obvious issues but after no prevail I re assembled it and here I am.



I've found a green wire on the back of the controls that gets 12v when the lights are switched on. (Picture posted)

This is all I have found to diagnose these lights. Does anyone have an idea of what's causing this?

 

Have you swapped out the bulb? They are known to fail, I have 1 or 2 out.

Bulbs are all good. When I had the module apart I looked at them all. I'm replacing a burnt bulb in my center console as we speak.

 

At first I thought the two were related, but now that I found a bad plug, and a bad bulb (my fault) the center console works again. Still no luck on the HVAC controls...
