hvac light mod... kinda

    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    Both bulbs.went out in my hvac controlled panel and I had so LED strips left over from some other projects. I soldered some wires to.them cutthem the length of.the panel, popped the back off and stuck it in there. Grounded to to one of tje 10 mm bolts behind it and tied it into the solid green wire on the wiring harness on the passenger side and boom, it works just the same. I'll post some.pics.when I.get to.a.computer

    i didnt take any pictures while i was doing it, but u just pop it out from the dash and disconnect the 2 wiring harnesses from the back. they're are 7 screws, (not the 4 out side screws, they hold the face plate on) 5 of the 7 are visible, the other are below the piece that is behind the fan speed switch. it also has a few clips holding it in but comes out pretty easy, be sure to take the knobs off before u start. it will come loose easier. and ill get a vid of the wire i used this afternoon.
