How are you guys storing the passenger side h11 factory connector? What do you use to seal it so it doesn't short out and keep moisture out?

I just have it curled up in the washer nook and there's no need to seal it up as there are a lot of open connectors like that throughout the truck, nothing would easily bridge those connectors.

Ok, I wrapped it with some electrical tape, it's by no means water tight, but seems like I was worried for nothing.

Is the 4300k too yellowish for anyone? I want to pull the trigger just unsure about the color. I prefer a white color. Something that matches the DRLs perfectly. Looking at the pics, it looks white if you look at the headlight head on, but looking out from the vehicle at the road it looks yellowish.

I would not say it looks yellowish, white is a fairly good description. It is not as blue as the OEM Corolla HID, but it isn't off by much. The light output of these CNlights are so much better than the OEM Tacoma bulbs.

I have the 4300 and love the color. I personally don't feel there is much yellow in it at all. I expected it to have more yellow. After seeing the 4300 I wouldn't go with the 6000K

To each its own... I like it, and I don't think it's yellowish. Comparing to stock, it's way whiter... DLRs blend in, so even if they are 5500K, it's very hard to distinguish a difference. But if you have 6000k fog lamps and/or high beams, I believe you'll be able to see a difference

    Edit: Damn autocorrect, nothing funny...

From what I've found 4300k doesn't necessarily mean 4300k. The philips bulbs rated at that are significantly more yellow than the CNLight. I think the CNLight is just about perfect in color and brightness. I'd put it closer to 5000k in comparison to the philips if those are TRULY 4300k.

agree with this. stick with the 4300K... the 6000K will be too blue and won't match the DRL's as well as the 4300K's.

OK thanks, I'll take the plunge. Any recommendations for fog replacements that would match the color of these?

I really like the ultra white look of the morimoto XB led fogs in contrast to the hid.

i have the Rigid Pro fogs and they are probably about 5500-6000K I'm guessing. they're more blue than the drl's. i got some yellow Lamin-X for them but haven't committed yet.

Yup that's the one. Search for a thread on here as they were running a discount for TW members...think it was like 20% or something. I got mine for around 130
