So the order took a few weeks to arrive, which was fine since I just got my truck this past weekend, BUT they sent me "Bubba Finds Hi-Arc" bulbs rather than CNLight. I compared them to the CNLights that I ordered separately and they're definitely not as white or bright. I have a claim in with them to get the correct bulbs. In short, I would say it was NOT worth the gamble with AliExpress.

It's a minor issue, all things considered. If the seller refuses to fix it, I've got Aliexpress and my credit card as fall backs.

For those with any weird spread, there's a bit of play with the cnlight bulbs in the housing. They can be tilted around a bit. They are firm enough that they should stay in the position you move them to but that has an impact on spread and some color shifting in the hot spot.

I had to modify the base of the CNLight H11 HID bulbs to fit the Tacoma's H11B socket, so that the return wire wasn't in the 12o'clock position which created a long shadow directly in front of the vehicle. It took 2min per bulb with a set of wire snips and some test fitting, no big deal at all and I got the H11 bulbs for only $20 vs $35-40 for the H11B's. Of course I could've just bought the correct bulbs to begin with but whatever.

I also leveled the fog lights so as to not blind oncoming drivers.

I'm really liking this Hylux HID kit with CNLight ball type bulbs! Super bright, clean cut offs, no humming/buzzing, or bouncing. Can't beat it for under $100.

    Low beams only

    Low beams + fogs

Thanks again to all who have contributed to this thread, particularly those who shared pics which helped convince me to go this route.

The more I look at this the worse it looks. I think your driver's bulb is bad. Did you order the round ball bulbs or straight?

I would share those pictures along with pictures others of us have taken of good consistency and see if they will send you a new bulb or bulbs. Did you try tweaking the bulb in the housing?

Also your fog lights are completely off. Was your truck in a wreck?

Well I have been communicating with Manufacturing88 for my light issue.....the asked for pictures after I changed the drivers side bulb with the passenger side bulb.....then asked for pictures of the cable attached to the wires.....waiting for their response now to that one....

the pictures below are with fogs off and bulbs changed.......the passenger side light really appears yellow....It has H16 stamped on it.....think i got wrong bulb
