The 4 is obviously more fuel efficient by a little maybe 4mpg give or take but I still prefer the 6. For a matter of fact i was debating this same thing earlier this week and 2 day I ended up buying a 2002 V6 3.4l

you can make the 4 peppy but no real power. its good on gas though.

4cyl uses about 20% less fuel and cost ~$1500 less. That formula worked for me, but I know it is not for everyone. Get what makes you happy/what you can afford.

I made this mistake when I bought my I4 Honda Accord. The car was fully loaded and was great to drive but the 190 hp I4, which Honda has perfected, had to work a little too hard for my tastes to get wound up. The V6 on the other hand was only slightly worse per EPA ratings and put out 268 hp.

If I would have bought the V6 model there may be a chance I would still own that car.

not really on it more i think it might be because i have a six speed and they seem to not do as good as the autos on mileage, but still a big difference
