Those are some cool tires. Ebay can be really great if you just take the time to browse around! :D

    Holy thread revival batman!

285's Will is too big to fit on a stock truck. I believe 265/70/16 or so is the stock size and you might be okay with 265/75/16 on a stock truck.

265/75R16 will rub on a stock DC...especially if the stock suspension has any wear-N-tear on it. I have Toytec coilvers set at approximately 2 3/4", Alcan 5-leaf packs, and LR UCAs and still rub a little when turning.

No problem...I should clarify that they barely rub the back of the wheel well when turning. If I would trim the plastic and remove the mud flap, then they wouldn't rub at all.

3" lift Up front(Donahoe Racing ext. travel coil overs, Camburg UCA's), 1.5-2" lift in the back(aal and some billy 10" stroke short bodies), Bushwhacker Cut-Out fender flairs, 16"x10" Procomp Street locks, and 305/70 Procomp X-Terrains.

These are 305/70s, but still look the same. Dont rub too much after pinch weld mod. They are amazing in sand, ok in mud, and loud on the street. Love mine though.

    EDIT: Last FOREVER.

Unless the different brands of 265/75/16 fit differently...

When I had worn out springs I ran 265/75/16 Firestone Destination LE without a problem on my 01 DC Prerunner V6. The only thing I noticed what my MPG dropping from 20mpg avg to 17.5mpg avg. Ran that way from Dec 2010 to Feb 2012.

Because they're too wide or too tall? would spacers keep them from rubbing, is what i'm wondering?

I have them they are wicked soft compared to other tires (which means they are sticky on the rocks):D Though i think i will be lucky to get 35k out of them.

That's a sick picture. Sway bar disconnected? Can your front left tire even move when it's shoved up against the well like that?
