    supplement stack as follows:

1 hour prior to work out- Carbo Gain
Pre-Workout - Jack3d, but rotate animal rage and assault
During i drink Muscle Pharm Recon (bcaa's)
    Post- Carnivore Mass
    Bed Time- Various Casein proteins

My goals are to maintain a 160lb body while beaning lean and agile. i would like to get into law enforcement and will need excellent cardio which won't be a problem.

5'9 145-150. I've changed my goals from wanting to be big looking good, to being as physically strong as possible for my size.

HA i recently did the same thing. i'm 23, 5'9 160. i bulked for a while but felt gross. and even though i was bigger, i feel like i wasnt much stronger.

i gave up and have been on a different routine more about strength gains rather than size. but with strength comes size, so inevitably gonna gain weight at some point i guess...
