Nice job man! Your split looks pretty good. I need to focus on the weights again....mostly been doing running, bodyweight and boxing workouts.

I want to stay on the smaller side too but just get dense and strong as possible. Your lift numbers are impressive man! I'd say we should workout sometime but your way stronger than me LOL!

You look good. I was going to focus on being lean but its so much maintenance, between 3 kids, a wife, and work.... So I am just focused on strength and size now lol. 5' 11", 210 (not good bodyfat, id guess maybe 15-16%). Im glad you posted your dumbell incline.... I LOVE dumbell press period.... gotta get back in it as I have been in my lull for a bit, but im puttin up 110x8 incline dumbell and 115x8 flat....

what gym you working out at?

I go to la fitness on Dobson and Warner. Might possibly be switching to Golds Gym. The only thing holding me back is that golds is about 10 miles from me vs La is like 2 miles. Lol

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I've done 40 cigarette lifts this morning. Feelin' the burn. Heading out to McDonalds for a 2 for 1 Steak Bagel marathon.
