Since i just bought a HID kit... If i wanted to do the Retro later can i just Plug my HID's into my headlight once i get the Projector installed? Would it look right? Or would i have to buy a whole other setup?

nope, cant do it. you kit is a H4 form factor, whereas the projectors us a D2S form factor. you can possibly get some converters to resuse the ballasts only, but it usually comes out cheaper and higher quality if you just sell the kit and get all new stuff.

nope, dont keep any stock of the stuff..but i actually have everything to do one, since i will no longer be doing one on my truck. i have people send me all the supplies and OEM headlights and do it that way. to many flakes for good and bad reasons to keep stock or put myself in the hole for over $300 of parts that will not get used, make sense?

level motors and switch are installed...just need to hook up the wiring.
