I know it's been covered, just my experience.

Just got off the phone with Toyota and my local dealer here in Kansas City, MO about the rear leaf spring TSB. Toyota specifically stated that ALL 2009 Tacoma V6 DC and AC trd trucks ARE being retrofited with the new springs. She said that they are a part of the TSB, and that it just hasn't been released yet. So, NO ONE should be turned down for this TSB IMO. I did call toyota first and within 30 min had a call from the dealer, setting up an appt to come get the work done. Just my experience, thought I'd share.

 

You say they are ALL being retrofitted...
That sounds more like a recall than a TSB. Or do you mean they are all being included on the TSB?
Sorry, I'm easily confused...

 

She said "retrofited", but I'm sure she meant that they were going to become a part of the TSB. She seemed VERY familiar with when I mentioned it, and told me that there have been alot of similar inquiries.
