I made a thing for switches because the thing I wanted didn't exist.

I don't use that cubby space for much and a switch plate is perfect. That is the best professional looking mod I have seen on a dash. Congratulations on a great looking and useful product line.

@forty2 order placed with Shapeways. Dual keystone plate and the mic clip. I have an SR5 so no inverter switch just below the cubby. The switch ports are the tall skinny ones like the clutch start cancel correct? Can get the blank fillers for now pretty cheap so no real issue. Going to give it a shot and will post pics once installed. 73's

That's right. The mic hanger is the wider sized switch hole though, if you have the blank spot for the inverter it'll work there. Broke my right hand before getting around to making the skinny version.

Are CH4X4 switches illuminated and if so what colors? I would like them to match the color of my factory switches.

I was looking around in my Tacoma today visualizing where I'll be putting some extra switches and though that the overhead console could be a good option. With a nicely made bezel like @forty2 made for the useless left side pocket in the dash, you could easily fit 3 more switches up there. Guessing it would be a fairly easy part to draw up for those who have the knowledge and skill. In the mean time, I will be ordering the switch bezel from this thread.

I'm looking into it, but my right hand is broken currently and it's going to be at least a few more weeks before I can actually use a mouse with any sort of precision again.

Sweet they finally arrived today. Took about 5 minutes to install the new parts now just need the Hondo Garage mount so I can finish the Ham radio install. Thanks for designing an awesome product @forty2 !! In case anyone is wondering the 6 pin RJ plug is for the Mic and the USB will feed an extention down to the radio for rapid bulk programming if needed. The switch blanks are stock Toyota fillers.

I can do that. All I currently have to report on is pins getting pulled on the 7th, but back into a hard cast I will go until some time later in the month.

Anyone have a picture comparing the blue vs white ch4x4 lights? I've only seen blue going through the whole thread. Which is closest to factory lighting? My concern is they maybe be too bright and distracting. Anyone know if either CH4x4 or Shapeway are having any promos soon?
