I made a thing for switches because the thing I wanted didn't exist.

Here's what i used. I tapped into the backlight for the cargo switch, if memory serves me correctly, it would be the light green wire going to that switch

Ok cool. So once you hooked up more switches in the cubby spot, you would just jumper all the switches to the first switch you went to the light green wire?

That's the plan, it's not the most professional way, but maybe someone else will respond who knows more.

Ordered mine yesterday as well. Got the air compressor, LED light bar and work light buttons from Amazon to go with it.

Can someone post a link to the fatter switch that fits in the 2 hole panel. I can only seem to find the skinnier switches.

Sure glad I found this product. I got mine installed today. Still need to wire up the switches but it looks awesome. Thanks OP!

Correct me if I'm wrong: Red 2 wire goes to the light green wire on the cargo switch. Does that light work with the "dash" lights, and can you dim or brighten it too?tia

Was having trouble with my $3.50 AliExpress compressor switch coming apart, then it dawned on me I already had everything I needed to kick that POS to the curb, finally jumped to the three switch panel with Cruiserhead switches. Now I just need them to make a radio switch and I'll be set.

Hooked mine up over the weekend but the switches are always illuminated even when the vehicle is off. Did it the same as above. Anyone else getting this?

If you connected red2 to the light green wire on the cargo switch, it should be correct. Check that the cargo switch isn't switched "on."hth

So i splice into the cargo light switch green wire and connect the red2 into it?

Yes, that worked on mine and it should work on yours. When I put my dash lights on, the switch lights too. When I turn on the lightbar, the switch gets brighter. And, when I turn the dash lights off, the switch light is also off unless I have the lightbar on.:thumbsup:hth

Sweet thanks. Will try it out tomorrow. Going to have to ghetto rig it since I will be having 4 different switches up there now all connecting to the same one.

Can anyone provide a suggestion for picking up a source for illumination on an Access Cab truck? I don't have the cargo bed light switch. The best solution I have come up with so far is to tap into the center console switches (Blind Spot Monitor, etc.), but that looks like a lot of work to get to those. I'd like to find a better solution if possible.
