I think I have a Problem! HELP!

    Color Match Grille, Bed mat, Kings with JBA UCA's, Dakars and 34" BFG KM3, Snugtop Canopy, and my "Marshall Fabrication" Rock Sliders.
    Well I installed new coilovers and UCA's a couple weeks ago and I know I set my coilovers to the same hight as it was. It might be a little higher, maybe 1/8 or 1/4". But Im having this weird thud or popping in my front end and grinding. I can feel it in the floor board. maybe its my cv's? Can someone help! its just getting worse I think. Im ganna check all my nuts and botls to see if something is loose, but I really dont think so. Could my cv's be going bad? Or my angle be too extreme?:(

    Did you torque the spindle nut to 100 ft-lbs.? What kind of UCA's, take a pic of the CV's, please.....

    As you can see Im on a slope my tires are turned and its not even ground.

    Well I know that the front is about were it was with the spacer lift. Its just about 1" lower then the rear. ofcourse not on the driver side bc of the lean. But what do you think chris? I was reading that cv's life span is 100-150K miles. Is that true?

    On my first gen I beat it like it owed me money, and the CV's were fine even when I sold it with over 100K.


    Do this....Re check the bolts. Sway bar, spindle, UCA bolt.....just to rule those out. If you put a wrench on it, check it again.

    Well everything looks ok. I double checked everything. And the only thing I can think of is the cv's.

    I mean the guy that helped me put the parts on is a machanic. And Im sure he didnt mess anything up or forget something. Well this sucks! I guess if it gets worse im ganna have my local shop look at it.:(

    Hey chris! could it also be the UCA's working in? Everytime they move or the bushings? Bc I know that Ive had this since the UCA's. It wasnt there, "I dont believe" when I put the C/O's on.

    I have never heard of the TC UCA's makeing noise, IF installed propperly. Did you assemble them the right way???

    It's hard to tell from the pictures, but your inner CV boots look a liitle rough and greasy compared to the outer ones.

    Yeah I know. I have replacement boots. But decided to wait till the factory boot rip or go bad. dont want to have to pay 3-400 for a shop to a job that doesnt need to be done.

    The bushing in the pic looks like its bulging a little much. You may need to remove the grease zerk and relive the pressure.
