Dropped my truck off for a Tire Balance and Rotation at SEARS in Huntington WV Mall. One hour later picked it up, signed the papers, checked my wheels for the ususal damage, didn't see any. Down the road while GF was shopping, I crawled under the Taco, I found no hand, finger or any sign of hands on my wheels. They have not been washed in 4 months. SO the dust is thick. I touched the wheel with one finger and could see it perfectly. There is also cobwebs in 2 of the lug holes.

    A__ holes....

Oh yea and more proof, I match marked my wheels months ago, the Match marks are still spot on spot. Never moved....

I know all I can do is go there, bitch, complain to no one and waste another 3 gals of gas........

    Lesson Learned:
    1. I will watch every thing ever done on my HOME, and TRUCK. I WILL ALWAYS WATCH and get the old part if possible.
    2. NEVER USE SEARS, i found online complaints 400 pages long. some same issues.

Took a truck into sears twice.

First time: scratched the hell out of my rims mounting new tires. They said "prove it".

Second time: (I learn slow) Took same truck in for an alignment. Two days later truck starts making creaking noise from front suspension. I take an impact gun to the alignment cam bolts and the noise stops. Took it back and told them to realign it since I was sure it had moved since they touched it. Stood and watched the guy set up the alignment rack and align my truck. He then walks up to me and hands me the paperwork, covered in blood! I was like "Dude, seriously? What world do you live in?" No apologies for the extra trip back to the shop, crappy attitude from the tech, etc.

There will not be a third time.

Well don't go to the sears over by me.(Ashland) they have damaged my wheels twice. The last time I filed a claim with their insurance company. I even offer to tip the guy just to try and avoid damage and still! Pisses me off

I don't trust the stealership either, mark my tires and filter before going in for service.

If you have a video capable phone take a quick video before turning the keys over, should have date/time stamp on it too.

That pic made me happy and it not even my truck. I second sears sucks, a$$holes "lost" the record of my wifes new truck battery. So 6 months into the life of the battery it shits the bed and I have to pay for a new one.

some of this, a little of that

They are not all bad, like anything it is hit and miss. I worked there in high school and it was good, I usually try to look my vehicles over when I pick them up from having any service done.

I would have taken it back and asked for my money back after showing them the proof.
