ICE for timeshares, worth it?

    were on vacation and this lady offered us a lifetime membership to ICE for travel for $300. never heard of the company, but she said they have excellent travel deals. we dont have a timeshare, but i guess she said this service just has excellent travel deals\discounts.

    anyone ever heard of them or is a member? im i getting ripped if i do it, or will i actually save good money?

    Rip off maybe... I've been contemplating doing just so that I go on more 'formal' vacations. I always end up doing a backpacking/camping trip and maybe HI every other year or so.
