None --- yet!
I've seen others mention it, but would like verification as it isn't mentioned in the instructions. When installing these non-symetric AAL's, does the shorter length of AAL spring install towards the front of the car?

Thanks.

I can email you a copy of the instruction, PM me your email address but here is the answer to the question.

1. The leaf pack has a different length front to rear of the centering pin. The longer side of the 2 is to be placed towards the REAR of the vehicle. Place the new add a spring pack between the axle and spring, make sure the mini spring pack is unbolted. Slide new center pin through factory leaf spring and reinstall the supplied nut. Jack up the axle and guide the spring center pin in to the hole on the top of the axle.

Let me know,

Brad

Hey Brad, had a question for you. I have a 2011 TRD off road DCSB Prerunner. it has the stock leafs 2x1. Question is if I where to install these AAL would that be a good solution to the leaf issues that these trucks have? Or should I just bite the bullet and get new leaf packs ?

Which leaf issue specifically are you referring to?

Thank you sir!

So sad looking at my Icon goodies sitting in the box, waiting for Toyota to follow up with rear leaf spring recall/TSB.

The issue with them sagging and eventually snapping.

We have not had the issue around here in CA when our add a leaf pack is installed but anything is possible. For the price your not risking much in comparison to what a complete pack cost, your call at that point.

No I'm not saying that the stock springs are snapping with the AAL installed. What I was asking is by installing the AAL would it help the stock springs from sagging or even snapping. Sorry if I miss worded it. :)

Yes. The Icon AAL will prevent premature sagging of the OEM springs, provided they are not over loaded.

That was what I was insinuating I guess.....all I can say is that I have not seen any real issue with our set up so I would assume that it helps with that issue. Maybe some other members will have a little more input as well.

If installed properly, cleaning the OEM springs and such before install, proper torque used on bolts, etc., the Icon AAL is a great lift. if you use it without the OEM Overload spring, you cant haul around Toyotas claimed payload.

Oh yeah I see what your saying. So if I was going to put a shell on the truck would I leave the oem overload spring in and would the AAL hold up? Thanks in advance Chris.

Yeah. Leave it in. The AAL will hold up fine, just watch your weights. Even with the overload spring in, don't go over about 75% of max payload, and you'll be fine.

I thinking of pulling my overload out, does it ride alot or marginally better without it?

If you don't haul much, do it. Its much more compliant, and you only loose about .5 to .75" lift.
