    2004 Silver Tacoma TRD
    Finally able to do some tinkering on my 04, which includes adding Icon's VS 2.0 rear shocks and AAL pack. On torquing everying down, I noticed this washer on the driver's side still spins freely. The shocks are new, so my first thought is an undersized bushing, but it's late and I'm not thinking clearly. Any ideas?
