we have had no powder all year, it's just been ice and slush...so ive been doing park the whole time.

really advancing my rail riding...but dam i needed some good slashes but only had maybe 2 days with decent snow

 

I never liked rails. After one tailbone smashing indecent i said fuck no. Stuck to the pow.

 

It's not the size of the hammer that matters...its how you wield it.

That seems like a reasonable price.

That's kinda the way it is with a lot of my friends. I'm a better rail rider because I have really no fear of hitting them and trying tricks, so I take lap after lap dispite the falls. I can rip bc and off piste no problem, but there is just some awesome feeling when you lock into that rail, do the tick and stomp out of it. Now jumps on the other hand...absolutly sucks ass at spinning. Really really aggravating.

 

I like natural log rides a lot more. Now those are fun to jump off into a powdery hill!

I got better at spins throughout the years. Its been a while since i really dedicated time to tricks. But i was able to stick front and back 3s consistently. Ive only ever landed one 540.

 

Actualy pretty quiet(on a st pattys butte level) because everyone went out saturday i think. Still pretty epic.

Im the same way, i cannot spin for shit. I just love a good day of powder or a nice bomb down the hill.

 

There was a 2nd gen thread on this today. Biggest tire size with no lift at all and somebody told them 255/85R16's!!

hey guys. I mixed this for a AES(audio engineering society) Convention competition. They sent us the tracks and we had a week to mix them I find out this sunday how i did could win some nice gear..

its really a weird song..and honestly...i didn't love mixing it..was just..not me..i guess..

but curious on your thoughts..

sounded pretty cool and mellow...so what was actually mixed? was it one song you edited or did you mix some tracks together?

 

I edited and mixed everything. As well as rearranged some stuff. There where...22 tracks i think. Plus i added like 10-12 of AUX tracks..

here is like the "base" version. I literally didn't do anything to the audio files or anything. Just did a rough volume mix so i could have a reference to retime the vocals.

And i spent about 3 days retimming the whole track as it was sloppy as shit..as you will hear.

I believe I am one step closer to getting the moab footy from jerry. He told me his bro is comming my tomorrow with the HD and he has a disk...so hopefully soon he will be able to send it!





also, as much as I absolutely love winter, im pretty excited for spring/summer to roll through. cant wait to start sailing haha!
