Got a bottle of nitrogen today. They wanted $400 for a regulator so I told them no and then they refused to sell me an adapter to just bypass using a regulator. So I need to come up with that part online... haha

also monte, apparently i neglected to read your build after you did your whole write up for the front.

very nicely done. i would not have the patience to take that many pictures and write out such a narative haha. so props to you for lining out the process so well.


now i understand you insist every truck is different blah blah blah. but the reason i figure mine will go much quicker is because the final hole you cut...that will basically be my initial cut. then see if it rubs anywhere after that. i want a larger than necessary hole so it can fit different tires if that ever happens.

Being clear on the interwebz is quite a challenge. It is so easy for ones comment to be mis-taken.

 

Go ahead and make a big cut. Your rims will be the biggest differeance. I can PROMISE you..you will not get it right the first time. We didn't on the 2nd time either. But the passenger side did go much quicker as we had a better idea on how much to take out.
