I recently purchased my wife and I our first kayaks, while I have no problem hauling them around to local lakes and rivers, we are headed for Florida next month and want to take them with us. And they are a little much for just throwing them in the bed. I'm afraid someone will hit me on the interstate. Can anyone shed some light on how they get theirs around on long trips? I've looked at camper shells, but that might be a little pricey for what I'm wanting. Maybe a cheaper solution out there?
