Assuming the truck is already safe and the GF gets out on her own:

    Dog, cats & camping/snowboarding gear.

I've got way too much invested in that stuff to just let it burn.

    back to bone stock.
depends on what started the fire.

if it were an earthquake..i grab guns, and keys, iphone and go. wife is mobile, so i push her out first.

regular fire? i'm grabbing my man-bag, and going outside to call my insurance company..whatever. everything is replaceable. i'm insured to my eyeballs.

Run? I'm going to knock the fire down! Get my turnout gear out of my truck then grab all the extinguishers I can get to. Although no pack might cause some issues, my house isn't going down without a fight!

If it's fairly involved, then I'm making sure everyone's out, grabbing the file drawer, keys and my bug bag. If it's one room I'll try to contain it as best I can.

Send the wife out with kids in her truck...
Pack the dogs, docs, guns, and laptops in mine...
Move across the street, light a cigarette and laugh at the irony that there is a working fire hydrant in my front yard and my house is burning down...

i am a very sentimental person and there are lots of little things that i have - souvenirs from trips, gifts from friends, etc - that I would be heartbroken if i lost but if i only had a few moments to grab and run i would be sure to get my external hard drive (has all of my pics that i've taken over the years), my camera, Patrick Roy jersey (the most expensive piece of clothing i own! LOL), and the silverware and china that were passed down to me from my grandmothers. pretty much everything else could be replaced...
