I definitely favor the look of the color matched Limited to the Off Road pictures I have seen. Buuuut I really want a damn manual transmission. From that leaked pricing sheet I didn't see 2 transmission options for the Limited, just the Sport and Off Road.

I have a 2006 TRD SPORT. Those are some of the most UGLY AZZ wheels I have seen on the 2016 TRD Sport. I am going with the limited

not up here, it will be bone stock for awhile. what trails do you take your taco on? hatchers pass? or the silt beds?

lol, I had a dude that wanted it bad, paid me more than it was worth on its best day and a 84 toyota 2wd. sold that after the winter. and now have a bone stock 97 4runner and the 08 tundra.

wife and lil boy are doing well. how is the family? how is your runner? you still have the cleanest LB 05 taco?

This is the best pic yet IMO... I'm torn between White and the new Blazing Blue. Since I'm looking at the DCLBOR, and it has the black fenders, what would be the chances of seeing this pic photo shopped with the Limited colored blue? That would be much appreciated.

I ordered a limited yesterday. The only people who think that it looks like a franken-truck with lines that do not make sense are the people who spend every waking hour studying everything there is to know about a Tacoma. Meaning...many people in this forum. In fact, a salesman at the toyota dealer said that there are a few hard core Tacoma fans who come in and quiz the salesmen on specs and facts about the Tacoma. Crap that even the dealer does not keep track of like how many inches of head room in the back seat, etc etc.

So, now to the grill. If you don't like it then change it. What is the bid deal? There are thousands of threads in this forum dedicated to the customization of the Tacoma. Swapping out all kinds of parts. So, why is the grill such a big deal? Why isn't anyone complaining about the wheels when many people go ahead and change those too?

For those of you who are complaining about everything about the 2016 I have news for you. Toyota did not make the truck with you in mind. If you all go away tomorrow and start buying something else, Toyota will not even feel it because you are not the core consumer.

Don't know about delivery yet. They added mine to their allocation request and it is the only limited on their list. As mentioned in the post I created yesterday, I was able to view their computer screen and my name is attached to that vehicle.

I ranked my colors in order of preference with the top being gray.
Now, one other thing that I forgot to mention when I went off on my rant earlier is that I am also not happy with the fact that the seats are not power adjustable. However, if Toyota adds that feature in another year or so then I will just buy a driver's side seat and will install it in my 2016. It will no doubt fit since they do not change much from year to year.

Thank you for your worthless rant and assumptions, I advise you to dig a bit more to understand most of people's complaints with the new gen. But congrats on your new Taco.

Ive been here alot longer than you bud and a $3-4k price increase is quite a jump for a mid-sized truck. Continue to drink your kool-aid.

@PeeRunner is going to lap your post count though, that's worth something isn't it? I mean to lap OZ-T's post count in just over a year would be something :p.
